The four steps in Executive Search

1. Company visit

In order to make a profile of the suitable candidate, we visit your company and make an extensive inventory: what competencies should the candidate possess? Hard-skills and soft-skills? We make a list of companies where the suitable candidate could work, and so on.

2. Define position

We ensure that the position is realistic and well defined for the candidate.

3. The search process

Through creative search techniques, online and offline candidates are found and selected. The assessment consists of the measurement of the discussed competencies. The given references of the candidates are checked. After we have spoken to the candidates, we introduce them to you by means of an extensive interview report, available online profiles and all possible additional information. You then conduct the interviews yourself or together with us.

4. Finalisation

A candidate is selected and negotiations begin. When these are completed, we will guide the candidate to his/her new role together with you.

What is the difference between executive search and recruitment?

Recruitment consists of searching for a suitable candidate within the portfolio of usually the recruitment agency. The main difference with executive search is that the candidates are usually in a permanent job and were not actively looking for a new position.
