TMA assessment

Do you ever ask yourself these questions;

  • “Do you want to use your talents intrinsically, with motivation?”
  • “I want to work on personal development, what competences do I want to invest in?”
  • “What’s the best work environment for me?”

Questions that are quite normal, but how do you ensure that new insights arise and new choices are made? The TMA Method provides an objective and constructive analysis of your motives, talents, and competences and with that the development potential.

About TMA

The abbreviation TMA stands for Talent Motivation Analysis. The TMA Method is based on positive psychology and on Murray’s theory of needs, which have ultimately been translated into a number of motives. The TMA analysis charts 22 motives and 44 talents in detail and contains more than 50 competences. In addition, the analysis offers a good view on the developability of competences. In other words: where does your potential lie?

The TMA originated from the vision that people, teams, and organizations are all connected to each other. We are convinced that everyone has talent. That if you work from your motives and use your talent, you are the most motivated, effective, and successful in your life. With positivity as the most important value. This makes TMA unique in its assessment, integral talent management.

Positivity as a value fits perfectly with our own work philosophy and that is why we want to offer our clients and organizations the opportunity to use this assessment from within Jewebco.

TMA for the professional

How would it be if you were able to define for yourself through your motives and talent? What makes you happy in a role and how to be successful in it? What would it be like to be able to determine your success in a certain position or role beforehand? TMA provides an in-depth analysis that will help you gain insight.

What makes you good at something? Is it because you are driven by ambition or is it because you are driven by wanting to achieve your goals?
It seems almost the same, maybe for some there is no difference between both drives, but there is. The center of gravity in your underlying motives can determine the degree of success and job satisfaction in your work.

By looking at your needs with TMA you are able to make new choices based on your intuition in combination with your own blueprint of your personality profile.

You can use TMA for:

  • Gaining insight into the development of my competences
  • Understanding my drives and talents
  • Promotion on your current work
  • Career switch
  • Career Coaching
  • Personality Factor Profile
  • Potential analysis
  • Empowerment

What will we explore?

With TMA we explore several things that influence your job satisfaction, such as:

  • Your ideal working environment
  • Your communication preference
  • Your aptitude for certain talents
  • Your learning style
  • To what extent you have developed certain competencies
  • And where there’s still room to develop further from your talent

By using a competency matrix we make it clear to you where your aptitude for certain talents lies and which competences can be developed effectively and easily. This is useful if you want to consciously invest in the development of your competences. If you are aware of your talents, you make it possible for yourself to work from your intrinsic motivation. This increases the chance of success and effectiveness many times over.
