From the 1st of October 2019 also officially joined forces as a strong team within Jewebco BV. Jeroen Snip
My name is Jeroen and since the year 2000 I have been active in the personnel profession. From a mechanical engineering background I made the ‘move’ to the HR side at the time and still do so with a lot of pleasure. Since 2006 I have been active in business with LinkedIn and since 2015 as a LinkedIn trainer and Executive Search / Boolean Search trainer. Personally, I am constantly striving for successes and new insights on both a personal and business level. My goal in my role as trainer and activities within the executive search field is to make a valuable contribution to the development of our participants during the training courses on the one hand, and on the other hand to facilitate organisations we work with in their growth ambitions by linking them to key professionals. In the Netherlands and abroad.
By continuously thinking with our clients and participants, I strive to make well-founded connections between desire and reality. Executing to create milestones, strategically and advising where necessary. I am active in (international) recruitment & selection, education and training and strategic personnel planning.
I am happy to act as an ambassador of our profession during our assignments and training courses. In short, I don’t just transfer the subject matter, but with a lot of passion, enthusiasm and above all smart practical daily employability, I transfer my knowledge and use it for our clients.

Leonie Gerritsen
My name is Leonie and in my business life I fulfill several roles. From LinkedIn trainer to Executive Search. My ambition is to be successful in my job and to contribute to the development of people and organization, both on a personal and business level. Finding that connection between people and organization and bringing supply and demand together.
In my role as sparring partner for our clients, I am at my best. I easily switch between operational activities and tactical/strategic advice. I prefer to make an active contribution to the further development of HR policy, recruitment & selection, education and training and issues in the field of employment conditions. We do this for our clients in the Netherlands, but also abroad.
As a person I am full of energy and always positive, striving for a high level of expertise and professionalism. Committed and driven, I strive for results and contribute to the successful growth of an organisation. By thinking ahead and with my practical approach I determine my strategy, create support and work solution-oriented. With sincere enthusiasm and sincere interest I can inspire others to change. I easily acquire new knowledge and skills and enthusiastically pass these on to colleagues, family and friends.
